Competitor Apps Pain points
There is no proper option to show if a driver sits on a spot for several mins and if he drives in a wrong direction I had to wait for him for several mins.
The trip which booked a day before wan cancelled without any proper prior information when there is only 20 mins to pickup.
The app should have separate category of charging which includes without AC also the reason for the cancellation should be shown in the app.
