Monsters of Type Seal

Even more Monsters of Type work. Get used to it because it’s the most fun. Haha.

Anyway, here’s a seal of sorts. It became the centerpiece for a bandana along with various other elements created over time. For a long time I thought I needed to create new elements for each thing but then either through laziness or practicality I realized how dumb that is. Reuse. Recycle. Etc. or something like that.

Speaking of that here’s a question. Bands/musicians write a collection of songs for an album. Maybe 10-12 per album. Then they get to perform those works of art over and over again. Create once and resell over and over. Most designers and artists create one thing and then another and then another ad nauseam. Sure we can make items and resell the same art but what if an artist went on tour and recreated their art in front of a crowd? Sold shirts for $45? What makes musicians so special. 😂
