S7 Dumá is a speech analytics service that we are working on right now.

The platform collects all communications between the company and its customers — calls, chats etc.

Using sophisticated language queries and filters, you can find calls with a specific phrase or text messages from customers who have flown on an airplane with pets in the last six months. And then see what they talked about with the company's contact center operators to find out what issues they are most interested in and improve the company's service quality.
