Along with a new site, CapTech also delivered Virginia DMV a comprehensive component library and style guide that are both WCAG 2.1 conformant.

Informed by research, we created new branded visual elements and design components that were modern, intuitive, and highly accessible, expanding the existing color palettes and type styles. 

We also introduced scenic and people-centric photography to refresh the brand and resonate with customers on a personal level.
