Help Scout Site Evolution
There’s a new helpscout.com in town 🤠
About a year ago we set out to evolve the brand (Kristen goes into detail here on the blog), put the product front-and-center, and be bolder, more opinionated with our messaging.
On a tactical level we wanted to optimize for velocity—the system we created needed to be clear, reduce decision-fatigue, foster consistency, and be usable. When it's all hands on deck, the tools have to work for everyone.
So we started with our foundation and made an ~80 page Brand Guidelines document to guide our journey. Who’s gonna argue against a sturdy foundation?Once we had that, we were off to the races. A little over a year later and we’ve got:
A brand new site with 42 CMS-driven, “evolved” pages
A refined logo that builds on and retains its equity
40 restyled & refactored site components
A tokenized palette and design system that’s shared with Product
A new blog art system that’s beautiful and built for scale
It’s all viewable on helpscout.com and there’s plenty more to come. Thanks to the whole crew for making it happen and hope you enjoy ✨
