Redesigning CBD’s Corporate & Investment Banking Web Portal

Business objectives.

  • Redesign the experience for CBD’s corporate customers, improving navigation, providing quick access to relevant information and processing transaction efficiently.

  • Increase customer engagement and retention by offering features and functionalities that engage corporate customers and encourage them to use the portal regularly.

  • Enhance security by prioritizing data security and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

The Ask

  • Redesign the UI to adhere with CBD’s branding guidelines and be similar to their corporate mobile banking design system.

  • Adopt UX best practices,especially reducing stepsand clicks.

The Problem

  • No existing UI design system for CBD’s corporate web portal.

  • The current legacy platform’s U6 is outdated and cluttered.

  • The UX is confusing withmany conflicting CTA’s.

  • Poor navigation system.

  • Overall usability of the interface required enhancements.

  • Create a design system to manage design at scale,create visual consistency and a shared design language.

  • Re-imagine the flows foreach journey, prioritizing user needs , eliminating unused features and functionalities.
