Likya Health Care - Dengue prevention and alerts

Likya Health Care is a startup specializing in digital solutions for awareness, prevention and healthcare in CĂ´te d'Ivoire.

Faced with a growing crisis of Dengue fever cases in the country, they wanted to set up a solution for raising awareness, prevention and alerts of the disease among the population; as well as a simple dashboard to monitor the evolution of the pandemic.

My job was to shape their ideas and make them accessible to the general public.

So I worked on the solution's mobile and web interfaces, as well as the ux writing to make health terms easy to understand for the general public.

Visual Elements and Hierarchy

Here you will find the fonts, colors and spacing used. 👇

Mobile App UI

From right to left, you have the splash screen, the registration screen for new users and the main application screen.

On the main screen you have the main action: launch an alert of a case of dengue fever near you.

There are also two additional menus :

  • access to awareness articles

  • chat with a health professional

The alert consists mainly of a description of the surrounding ecosystem and the sick subject.

The geolocation of the alert launch point is taken automatically.

Once the alert has been sent out, the first aid procedures to be followed while waiting for help to arrive are described, and the nearest health centers are geolocated and listed.

Interfaces for additional functions

Web Dashboard
