Design for loan application process
Deutsche Bildung guides students in managing their finances throughout their studies, offering not just student loans but also webinars, coaching, and an alumni network. The task was to simplify the student loan application process and subsequently revamp the entire client portal.
Leveraging analytics and case officer interviews, we devised solutions for various loan scenarios and transitioned the client portal to a mobile-first design.
