Many companies and startups often resort to costly user research or extensive product redesign to address usability problems.

Even though heuristic evaluations cannot entirely replace user research, they remain a valuable tool in improving usability.

However, heuristic evaluations provide a cost-effective alternative to usability testing by pinpointing crucial issues and highlighting design elements to prioritize during testing.
