Housing investment - introduction and registration modal

I took on the challenge of designing a bespoke modal page specifically crafted to articulate the intricacies of real estate investments. The primary hurdle was presenting extensive and detailed text without the aid of visuals, requiring a design that could engage users without overwhelming them. Additionally, the client sought a design that struck a balance between darkness and modern distinctiveness.

Key Design Solutions

• Minimalistic Typography: To address the abundance of text, a minimalist typography approach was adopted, ensuring that information is presented in a clear and readable manner. This not only keeps users engaged but also aids in comprehension.

• Dark Mode Aesthetics: In response to the client's preference, the design embraces a dark mode theme, providing a sophisticated and modern visual appeal. The dark background enhances the readability of text and reduces eye strain during prolonged engagement.

• Distinctive Visual Elements: Although the primary challenge was text-heavy, the design incorporates subtle yet distinctive visual elements to break the monotony and guide the user's attention.

• CTA for Account Creation: Recognizing the need to encourage user engagement, the modal pages conclude by strategically motivating users to create an account. This is reinforced with persuasive language and an intuitive pathway to start investing in pre-built investment units.

Purpose

The Exclusive Investment Details Modal is meticulously designed to overcome the challenge of presenting lengthy information without visuals. The dark mode aesthetic, minimalist typography and strategic use of visual elements aim to create a modern and engaging experience. The ultimate goal is to inspire users to take the next step and create an account for investing in pre-built investment units.
