To mix things up at work, we have a weekly Design Challenge with randomized Form, Style, Genre, and Extra Parameters. This challenge is Logo in Pop Art Style with Transportation Theme, and an Extra Parameter of bright colors (incidentally this goes well with the Pop Art theme).
