Product discovery in the construction industry
Working with Meisterwerk – a Berlin-based startup – my team and I spearheaded the development of a project and time tracking app tailored specifically for craftsmen. Recognizing that this target audience often relies on traditional paper order slips for project management, our goal was to introduce a digital alternative that enhances efficiency and effectiveness.
Our first task involved a thorough analysis of the existing processes utilized by craftsmen.
We then went out to test in field - testing in construction environments.
Subsequently, we set out to create a user-friendly digital solution that not only addressed their needs but also showcased the distinctive advantages of Meisterwerk's service.
