Neom better health

I worked with the team at Neom to create a POC for a points application to support positive behaviour within the Neom community currently and for the future. The POC was created in isolation and tested in the community to asses if the idea would be successful.

After running it for 3 months the adoption of the app was so high that the POC was added to the roadmap to be integrated into the main Neom application.

I worked on this project while at Monstarlab in my role as their Executive Experience Director for MENA
