Vice Burger Branding
Vice Burger came to The Cooper Studio needing a new brand identity. They are a new vegan fast food eatery in Fort Worth. We recommend the Smoky Vice Burger with a side of sidewinder fries!
Some neighborhood context: The client was swapping out Boulevard of Greens for Vice Burger, as they think it will be a better fit for the neighborhood. There is a gap in the market for fast food vegan eats, and Magnolia Ave. needs more good lunch options.
Some branding context: The brand needed to have a cool factor, not be preachy about veganism, and speak to how great the product tastes despite having fake meat. Since we decided to lean on the word "vegan", the primary logo needed to find another way to say "veganism", thus the leaf in the "c". The tone and manner is little cheeky and trendy to speak to the Fort Worth's liberal Near Southside audience, but still friendly to speak to families. The logo needed to be classic and able to survive multiple brand evolutions as decades pass.
