Reimagining MyCaptain's internal educator dashboard

Hello hello! This was one of my longest projects during my stint at Design agency. I got to work on 3 major projects for MyCaptain, and I got acqui-hired by MyCaptain as their product designer after successful completion of these projects.

MyCaptain accelerates decision-making for mentors (captains) to visualize project approval status in real-time. A quick look reveals which projects are approved, rejected, or pending mentor review, streamlining the assessment process. The tool is designed to provide educators with a visual summary of completed projects, showcasing the number of attempts taken by each learner.

Mentors can now effortlessly track learner's progress with a glance. The dashboard unveils a visual summary of active batches, providing educators with a comprehensive overview of projects and LOAs to be reviewed. LOA (letter of appreciation) is crucial for every learner to unlock milestones and receive course certification.

The dashboard invites educators to interact with active batches, offering a seamless experience to review tasks, evaluate LOAs, and understand learner sentiments through insightful ratings.

Mentors can now instantly identify pending Letters of Recommendation (LOAs) for review. Our intuitive dashboard ensures mentors can efficiently manage and endorse learner achievements
