Loyalty program

Audience:

Users of the service participating in the loyalty program, earning points for traded lots.

Company objectives:

Motivate users to trade more actively, reduce dissatisfaction from unsuccessful deals, gain additional reach through branded gifts.

Task:

Develop a mobile solution where the user can track the number of earned points and make purchases with them.

Requirements:

  1. Usage scenarios:

  • Tracking the number of points

  • Ability to explore detailed information in the product card

  • See discounted products

  • Choose the size of the product

  • Place an order

  • Track order status

  1. Premium prizes:

  • Display premium products available for different statuses to the user

  • Allow the user to increase their status and purchase premium products

Product card

In the product card, you can read the product description, view additional photos. For items with sizes (hoodies, T-shirts), you can choose a size and view a size guide. For products locked by status, see the required status and the button to obtain the status.

Order history

In the order history, the user can see the order number, date, and status, tracking code if available, and the order contents. If the user has received the order, they can also confirm the receipt of the order.

Shopping cart

In the shopping cart, the user can edit the contents of their order, fill in the recipient's address, review all data before proceeding, and confirm the order.
