Stories like these are common for those of us healing from SA. Many in the piece described keeping their head down or being hypervigilant of their surroundings, all things that are so relatable to Survivors. I took the power of these stories and my own perception of shadows following me as I try to heal and grow, to give a visual depth to the words of the article.
