Context:

PlayaBets, a leading international gaming platform, aimed to elevate its user experience to match its global stature. As the lead UI/UX designer on this project, my goal was to create an immersive and user-friendly interface for PlayaBets across both web and mobile platforms.

Research & Discovery:

Conducted extensive research through user interviews, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies to gain insights into the preferences and pain points of the gaming community. Identified opportunities to enhance the user journey and improve overall satisfaction.

Results:
