When I was commissioned to design the homepage for Savory Delights Bakery, my goal was to digitally communicate the warmth and artistry of their desserts The design move was meticulous—I chose colors that touched chocolate and cream of the rhythmic, rhythmic sound, which enlivens everything on the page, . And it would be sure to make someone happy

When crafting the user interface, I focused on a clean layout with high quality images to showcase the bakery’s products. The hero section was designed to feature a rotating banner showcasing the bakery’s latest creation, making it instantly appealing. For the menu, I used a responsive card layout, which allows for easy updating and development, highlighting weekly specials with eye-catching graphics, and the way users can share their favorites on social media through it

Access was paramount, so I made sure the site met all the relevant web accessibility criteria and could be easily accessed by anyone. Using alt text for images, proper header layout, and keyboard navigability are some of the steps taken to achieve this.

The ‘Our Story’ and ‘Group Members’ sections were designed to build trust and engage with visitors. I came up with a cohesive narrative, blending the bakery’s history with the team photos, giving the brand a facelift.

Optimization was also an important step in the development process. I’ve optimized the images, implemented browser caching, and reduced CSS and JavaScript to ensure the site loads faster, even on mobile devices.

On the back end, I chose a CMS that allowed the bakery staff to update content quickly, which is important for a business that frequently changes menus and specials. Integration of e-commerce systems has been developed to facilitate online ordering, where attention has been given and much more.
