Background

PalmAgent, the #1 net sheet and closing cost app in real estate, wanted a redesign of their feed and activity screens for a new app they're working on.

Scope

To gain a better understanding of considerations before attempting to redesign, I asked the product manager about any requirements, constraints, and features for clarification first to ensure I address what is necessary.

Exploration

For inspiration, I searched around for apps from direct and indirect competitors that have similar feed and activity screens.

Ideation

Afterward, I quickly sketched a few different solutions to determine what the content and layout would look like according to the competitor analysis.

Design

Since I wanted to keep all 3 solutions as options for the client to choose from, I decided to design them in high-fidelity (iPhone 14 & 15 Pro Max).
