IHS Markit: B2B AI/ML SAAS Platform

During my two-year tenure as the Product Design Director at IHS Markit, I directed a small team dedicated to an AI/ML SAAS B2B project. The project focused on processing vast amounts of data to provide clients with a platform that I designed for effective data visualization, employing features such as knowledge graphs and other advanced visualizations.

Beyond designing the platform, I successfully built and managed a team of 12 remote designers. My role involved creating a robust design strategy and processes, fostering collaboration across departments including marketing, sales, product, and engineering. This holistic approach ensured the seamless integration of design into the broader organizational framework, contributing to the project's overall success.
