Investment Calculator Plugin

This is a concept for a browser plugin; Buy-To-Let investors make several calculations when house-hunting and assessing the viability of an investment, and this is designed to do those calculations on the fly. Imagine cruising any property site, and immediately knowing expected ROI, available mortgages, historic yields and gain in the area, rental estimates, average vacant periods by postcode... it could make life a lot easier!
