World Usability Day concept

This year I'm in the team to come up with a poster / branding system for World Usability Day (a UX conference) for 2015.
I wanted to make a pattern that would be easy to adapt to collateral / print items.
Also I wanted to stay away from literal concepts about innovation/technology and just make something bright and bold that would make people walking by want to attend the conference.

Here's one of my first concepts. Feedback appreciated!
Poster will be 18x24.
