Design Challenge

Imagine an average 27-32-year-old Indian, well-earning individual living in Tier-1 cities who has purchased their first Car/bike during COVID times. As humans need detox breaks to re-energise and improve productivity, vehicles also need frequent servicing to maintain and improve efficiency.

Problem

  1. Service appointments are all over the place,

  2. With no details about past services.

  3. Excessive use of paper to record vehicle details/complaints.

  4. No track of what parts changed/added from past services.
