Candidates tell Tempo what roles they want to be matched to by completing their 'preferences'
Tempo's service proposition extended from commercial and administrative roles to cater the demand for further roles types, the significant one being Tech
Marketing made a decision to roll out the expansion and announcement in Tempo's upcoming company event
We needed to act fast. Whilst email campaigns and comms were in place to inform candidates. Reviewing the current preferences page made me feel a bit ashamed that this would be a candidate's first touch point post reengagement
This is what it looked like before
The preferences page was still in legacy design. From a UI perspective, it was unsustainable to continue building upon it. The page also didn't speak to Tempo's branding at all.

I turned around the refreshed design by reutilising new components that have been used in other areas of the platform already
