As the sole design resource, took an MVP experience that was live in the market and matured it into a multi-million dollar business, providing access to over ten million active members.

Worked with product and business to build new features and refine experiences for both the front-end, customer facing interface as well as the back-end user management tooling.

Notable Acheievements

• Completely rebuilt onboarding flow resulting in a 10% lift in sign-ups

• Architected and designed a new Family Membership feature which generated millions in revenue

• Built out multiple back-end tools to more efficiently manage the product allowing the CSRs to do more with less staffing.
