Investown is a fintech startup from Prague that enables users to invest in real estate from as little as €20 with a fixed return of up to 10% per year.

The company’s business model proved to be viable, but the existing proof of concept was no longer sufficient for the application to scale. Thus we helped Investown completely redesign their app, create a new information architecture, and offer a simple and seamless real estate investing experience.
