Today, I'm thrilled to unveil the Mantu career site – a project where my full-stack design capabilities have come to play harmoniously to craft a digital experience that embodies the essence of Mantu's diverse and vibrant career opportunities.
🎨 Design Thinking & UX: The design journey began in Figma, where I crafted the UX with a focus on intuitive navigation, marrying Mantu's rich brand identity with the pragmatic needs of job seekers. I dedicated my attention to creating a user-centered design that simplifies the complexity of Mantu's multi-brand environment into a seamless user journey.
💻 Frontend Storytelling: With the UX blueprints in hand, I transitioned into coding the frontend. Using a blend of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a touch of magic from Laravel, I brought the designs to life. The result is an interactive, engaging, and responsive website that acts as a gateway for potential candidates to explore their future with Mantu.
🚀 Integration and Interaction: The integration process was akin to weaving a tapestry, uniting various brand elements without losing the distinctiveness of each. I implemented interactive elements to make the career-searching experience more engaging, with filters that dance to user commands and pages that tell the Mantu story, one click at a time.
