Smart Assistant Early Concepts

The initial idea revolved around the relationship between the a singular "O" and how the shapes found in the character can be explored; these would go on to represent intelligence, connection and infinity.

Using simple, flat shapes to create depth and dimensionality whilst maintaining consistency, ensuring all designs fit within a circular boundary for versatility when being used elsewhere in a wider operating system

Shape Exploration

Using the concept of two circles connecting to flesh out some interesting silhouettes. In total there were over a hundred explorations and these were the more interesting ones

Motion Exploration

I chose a few of the strongest ideas from the concept sheet I explored how the shapes would change and behave over time to align to the three main states of the smart assistant; idle, listening and complete
