Coffee Table Book "A Guide To Contemporary & Nostalgic Culture"

This was an exercise to practice layout in the course Fundamentals of Graphic Design taught by Martin Lindh at Jönköping University.

CREATIVE BRIEF & REFLECTION

1. Choose A Design-Related Subject. It Can Be Pretty Much Anything. A Specific Designer, A Specific Field Of Design Or Just A Pice Of Art You Enjoy. Historical Or Contemporary.

I chose as the title reads, Contemporary & Nostalgic culture, mixing vintage

with modern. To be more specific i divided the projects into three parts:

1. Interior Design 2. Vintage Automotives 3. Creatives: Onda & Kaito.

2. Write A Text Of Your Own About Your Selected Topic. The Text Should Be Written As If You Were An Author Writing For A Coffee Table Book On Art/Design. This Is Not An Academic Paper.

The text was written by myself and is not in a too formal language. And the fonts

that was used are Helvetica and Garamond.

3. Design A Minimum Of Two Spreads, Maximum Of Four (4-8 Pages) About Your Topic Intended For A Coffee Table Book About Design. For This Assignment It Is Permitted To Borrow Pictures From The Internet.
