Task. Leadeks is a company selling laboratory equipment for packing quality control. The organization gives full-cycle recommendations, provides after-sales support, trains the staff, performs an adjustment, etc. During the research, we have found out that it is important for the client to find a seller who will give professional recommendations, will not leave after the purchase, will support and solve emerging problems. At the same time, selling companies are trying to escape responsibility and tend to forget about their customers after the sale, because it is a one-time purchase. It was necessary to show that Leadkes is not afraid of responsibility, it helps to find competent solutions both before and after the purchase.

Solution. Visual identity system has been developed. The concept of the brand is a flag holder that leads to the goal. So, the flag became the basis of visual identity. Almost all carriers are decorated in the form of a flag, and the people who take them in their hands automatically turn into flag holders. In advertising communications, it was decided to use images of experts and headlines that strengthen the company position.
