Avex's in-depth UX/UI endeavor with Good Counsel involved the crafting of comprehensive user experience flowcharts tailored to a spectrum of user personas – encompassing Non-Members, Members, Lapsed Members, Active Members with Cancelled Subscriptions, and Guests.
