Project: A profile creation flow for a local bank

This is my personal project about a profile creation flow for a local bank. The goals of this project are to create a simple process of account creation that induces a sense of security in the user and provides easy contact to help them in the process of account creation.

Project summary

During the project, I created personas, empathy maps, user journey maps, and user stories to understand users' needs.Next, I went to competitive analysis, where I found some gaps and elements worth implementing in my design. Based on this data, I created a sitemap and low-fidelity sketches, which were the basis for low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity design. I connected these high-fidelity wireframes for the desktop version into the prototype. Next, I tested it, found some things to improve, and checked if my design passed WCAG standards.
