Spicery Box
The carrying box for my Spicery jars is designed in the same playful illustrative style. It portrays the friendly, communal aspects of this dish and its culture (these spices are for a dish called "Arroz con Gandules," or rice with pigeon peace, which is a very popular dish in Puerto Rican gatherings). Stylized utensil icons match the curves of the logo, and people icons create the feeling of a get-together. The design is very inviting and its playfulness would catch the attention of people walking by and looking on shelves.
