Gamified Jobs Experience

I conceptualized a Jobs Application and an ATS that seamlessly integrates the nostalgic charm of my favorite childhood game. In this design, I gamified the platform by introducing a system of achievements and virtual coins. To further enhance the user experience, I incorporated Sims icons into the interface, making the platform not only a Recruitment Tool but also an engaging Jobs application.
