Decisive or Indecisive. Trying something new or sticking to favourites. Deciding on food is hard, harder when users are hungry and hardest when you have to predict it for a 32 country global market with different emotions to food ordering. At Delivery hero, I tried to shift value proposition of cross-selling from selling to helping user's decide on their food choices better.
