Farm scene in 3D

It's my personal project which I did to practice my modelling, texturing and baking skills. I used a few references of farm landscapes to create a 3d model of this scenery. Then I made a low poly model with simpler mesh and a high poly model using bevel and subdivision modifiers. After the UVs of the low poly model, I did baking and texturing in Substance Painter. The final result was rendered in Blender. Low poly and high poly models - Blender Render, UV's - Blender Baking and texturing - Substance Painter
