Environmental Design

In collaboration with the talented team at Bright + Co, we designed an inviting and immersive sales center experience for Lennar's latest residential community, Beau Coast. Located in the oceanside town of Beaufort, North Carolina, Lennar chose to repurpose the charming 2,500 sqft Taylor's Creek Grocery, a cherished fixture in Beaufort's historic district. Our challenge was to design a sales environment that resonated with the community's laid-back ambiance, allowing potential buyers to explore at their leisure without pressure. To achieve this, we blended the hues and materials of a coastal palette with the simple lines and textures of an industrial aesthetic, culminating in a space that's both welcoming and optimally designed for sales.
