Intro

IMMO is not just another name in the prop-tech realm. By harnessing the power of data, tech, and AI, they're transforming our understanding of residential investments. After securing over $75m in their Series B and expanding to a team of 300, IMMO has rapidly emerged as one of Europe's trailblazing proptech entities.

In two distinct phases, we partnered with IMMO, lending our expertise to enhance their digital footprint. The result? A refreshed visual identity and a custom Wordpress site designed to bolster their marketing team's capabilities. Yet, our journey with IMMO extended beyond just a website. Together, we conceptualized and developed an MVP mobile app with a prime focus on elevating the tenant experience in Germany.

Deep User Research

With mutual trust established, IMMO's product team proposed an ambitious idea: an app tailored to revolutionize the rental sphere, starting in Germany. Our collective endeavor spanned from initial UX strategy to detailed prototyping, always with an emphasis on comprehending tenant needs. After delving into over 10 hours of interviews, conducting a SWOT analysis for 12 competitors, and narrowing down to 5 MVP features, we transitioned to sculpting the app's visual language.

UI Design

During the UI phase, we encountered an intriguing challenge: the app didn't echo any existing IMMO sub-brand. This prompted us to carve out a distinct visual path that was in sync with IMMO's core, yet distinctively resonated with the intended users.

After multiple style refinements, we subtly morphed IMMO's brand essence to align with the app's demographic, striking the right balance between brand consistency and user-centricity. Our endeavors included expanding the color spectrum, incorporating user-friendly icons, and infusing an aura of accessibility via soft radiuses and uncluttered layouts.
