The App is used by real estate owners who input information about the property, the owners themselves and their financial situation. Once the app has enough information it begins matching the client against a list of creditors, which will make an offer instantaneously which is valid for the clients specific situation. The offers are displayed in a ranking list from which the client may choose a creditor. Once a creditor was chosen, more detailed information about the offer will be shown and the client has the option, after paying a fee, to contact the creditor and close the deal. Before the payment, the creditors are anonymous but the interest rate is visible.

We connect our customers (private Persons) with financial institutions (Banks) to find the best mortgage for them. Our target group are real estate owners who want to find the best interest rate for their mortgage using our internet platform. This is a fully automated and instantaneous process, where we match a lot of different facts of the customer to the properties and capabilities of the financial institution. It is something that is so far not available on the market today.
