Explorations in Imagemaking
What am I looking at?
Great question, thanks for asking.
You're a looking at an assignment I made as part of the first of six graphic design courses that form a specialization provided by the California Institute of the Arts.
My goal was to produce quick images using unconventional or seldom used tools (by me, at least). Hence the use of native mobile applications (Infinite Painter on Android), prototyping tools (PenPot), obsolete tools (Microsoft Paint).
With the exception of aseprite, every tools I used was either open source, free to use, or put together using items I already owned.
