Book Your Return (BYR) is a new service by Pixibo, a one-stop solution for an easy, quick, and hassle-free way to return items, while also providing retailers an equally convenient way to handle returns, refunds, and analytics for all the returns to provide insights into their business, all in one dashboard.

Returns portal

The purpose of the Returns portal is to offer a simple and convenient solution for customers and retailers to manage returns. In the traditional method, customers need to communicate back and forth with the retailers, and they may also need access to a printer or go out of their way to find one to print a return form. The BYR Returns portal eliminates all of these hassles.

BYR Dashboard provides retailers with 2 main functions, easily navigated by the tab on the top, the Returns tab, and the Analytics tab

Returns tab

Returns tab contains every return order booked by the customers, It contains every details the retailers needs to find and make a decision on the return request including the date booked, order ID, return ID, Item name, price, etc.

Analytics tab

The Analytics section presents automatically generated statistics for each completed return order, empowering retailers with valuable insights to make impactful decisions that enhance the shopping experience for shoppers.This feature encompasses several tools, such as a search bar, date filter, and return count. The search bar, in particular, enables retailers to access analytics tailored to specific items or item categories.
