Craft Beverage Association

The Craft Beverage Association was formed to try to find a way to set standards for the seemingly simple, yet elusive term: craft.
When it comes to craft beverages, what does it mean? What should it mean? Should it only apply to small guys (who may lack experience and funding)? Should it never apply to big guys (who may have lots of experience and funding)?

Over the last year I’ve been working to create a logo that can be applied to wine, beer and spirits when a beverage has reached the standards and definition of the association.

The concept I developed was ‘craft contained within’. Here is where I’m at. We would love to get your comments and thoughts.
