我曾负责一款iPad平板产品的全程研发,从产品策划,到设计产出,到开发执行落地上线。尽管产品的功能简洁并且界面数量有限,但其背后所涉及的业务逻辑和稳定性都紧密与核心业务流程相连。一般来说,设计师可能不太涉足产品经理的职责范围,但随着行业的飞速发展,设计师的角色已经不再局限于视觉层面。为了更好地拓展自身能力,将工作重心前移,深度参与产品策划和决策显得尤为重要。

I was responsible for the whole research and development of an iPad tablet product, from product planning, to design output, to development and execution. Although the product's functions are simple and the number of interfaces is limited, the business logic and stability involved behind it are closely linked to the core business process. Generally speaking, designers may not be very involved in the scope of product manager responsibilities, but with the rapid development of the industry, the role of designers is no longer limited to the visual level. In order to better expand their capabilities, it is particularly important to move the focus of work forward and deeply participate in product planning and decision-making.
