I literally had to start with the 'b' as a shape and conceptualised it with a media icon that shows the "play" button

I also added the stop" close down the end of the 'b' with the letter m as the last name of the media agency known as barryfem.

The two snail eyes stands for the antena that shows its a tv agency and its quite exclusive to making people stick to the brand.
