i94 Chamber Golf Tournament Raffle

I was asked to execute the design of a raffle to build contacts and reward current customers. Participants registered for the raffle in-person at one of our booths at the i94 Golf Tournament. Winners received promotional items branded with our logo, specifically lanterns and grill sets, this served as a demonstration of our capabilities and a useful prize for participants. We then subsequently harvested new contact info and added them to our mailing list to build our audience and notify winners.

Event Details

This went out to current subscribers to our mailing list in order to drum up as much interest as we could prior to the date of the tournament and offered an opportunity to co-brand with our Chamber of Commerce. This helped to raise awareness about the tournament and raffle.

Runner Up Winners

The runner up winners were notified via email and given instructions on how to claim their prizes. We had all 100% of winners come in to claim their prize, which also gave us an opportunity to snap some photos to use on our social media pages.

Grand Prize Winner

The grand prize winner was also notified via email with the same process as the runner up winners. I felt it was a nice touch to include their business names as well as their names in order to provide a little bit of cross promotion to our subscribers.
