As part of a large initiative to create the first corporate onboarding program in company history, I created a series of pocket-sized handbooks for field technicians to keep with them as they traveled to remote locations with poor mobile reception. These guides were eventually accessed solely electronically after I designed and launched an offline file repository using Slack.
