The scope of the project involved developing a Sass (Software as a Service) based sales CRM software that would integrate seamlessly with the client's existing digital marketing tools, automate sales workflows, and provide a centralized platform for managing leads, contacts, deals, and marketing campaigns.The software needed to be highly customizable to adapt to the dynamic nature of the digital telemarketing landscape that can gain a competitive edge in the market....

Problem Statement

The client's existing CRM system was outdated, inefficient, and unable to adapt to the specific requirements of the Swedish market. Also facing significant challenges managing their customer relationships, sales pipeline, and maintaining efficient communication within their organization. So they required a scalable and efficient solution to streamline their sales processes, manage customer interactions, and enhance their digital telemarketing efforts.
