Online banking for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs

As a UX/UI designer in the team, I focused on research, identifying problems, finding solutions, creating layouts and prototyping the final product with a high-quality user interface.I solved the key usability issues and updated the visual style, rethinking the information architecture of the system. The new design halved (2x) the time to create a new document, tripled (3x) the time to search for a document and increased the subjective satisfaction of users. In addition, the new design has reduced the time to learn how to work with the system for new users.

Our goals were to make the transition to the new platform as comfortable and fast as possible for customers. To increase the level of convenience and satisfaction of users when working with the system and update the design in accordance with the current branding and new technical capabilities. A lot of work has been done during the year to achieve goals, but my overall process can be broken down into the following stages:

— Understanding the project and goals;

— Define a solution;

— Development;

— Project delivery.
