Utopia: Retro-futuristic Vibe

Recently, I was asked to create a retro-futuristic scene and I did research about style and colors. The colors were the most difficult area to pick as it could accidentally look like the 80s Vice City vibe. So I mixed some basic flat colors to create a color palette and got this result.
